Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellation Window:

Appointments must be canceled at least 5 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations can be made through our online booking system.

Late Cancellations (Within 5 Hours):

Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service cost.

No-Shows:

Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booked service cost.

Prepayment or Deposit Requirement:

A non-refundable deposit of $27 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service but forfeited in case of cancellations or no-shows.

Membership or Package Holders:

If you have a membership or package, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of one session from your package or membership credits.

By booking an appointment online, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. This policy is also displayed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
